First, please check if the sticks are uneven heated as dampened;Then the different devices,the temperature and the smog will be different.What's more, the excessive smog is not convenient for using.

After the sticks are finished,how to get it out?

Lightly push the upper part of the device, and rotate the stick,then pull it out. If the heater are plate shaped, please don’t rotate the sticks, or it will damage the heater.
